The Trust Point Young Professionals (TPYP) gathered on Tuesday, August 5th, in Eau Claire for their third quarter 2025 event. This quarter, the activities were based around the theme of Communication and Relationship Building. At this event, the company’s eight interns from various departments and locations had the opportunity to join the group.
To start the day, TPYP volunteered at The Community Table, a local meal service center in Eau Claire with a mission of fighting against food insecurity. Members spent the morning cleaning and organizing the facility that provides one meal a day to roughly 100 guests, 365 days a year.
Back at Trust Point’s Eau Claire Office, the afternoon started with a working lunch. President and CEO Bill Bosch, as well as SVP of Strategic Relationships, Randy Van Rooyen shared valuable insights and real-world experiences on the importance of effective communication and building authentic, lasting relationships in the industry.
Next, Trust Point Eau Claire Professionals Tammy Boos, Brenna Johnson, and Jason Munz spoke as part of a Connection and Communications Panel where members had the opportunity to ask questions. Each panel member shared their own experiences and advice for the group. Topics included how to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients, active listening techniques, networking tips, and more.
After a speed networking activity, the day ended by celebrating the graduation of Leslie Meulemans, a founding member of TPYP. Leslie shared some takeaways from her time in the programs and parted by urging members to ‘say yes’ to opportunities as they arise, be bold, and act as a leader no matter their current role.
It’s and honor to have leadership so involved in providing opportunities for the Trust Point Young Professionals members to enhance their skills. The mission of the group is to cultivate future leaders. This event was another successful day aligning with that mission.
