Currently, Wisconsin has over 120,000 individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, with over 198,000 caregivers supporting their loved ones affected by the disease. The Alzheimer’s Association serves Wisconsin by offering trustworthy information, care consultations, family support services, educational programs, funding for dementia research, and advocacy for policy changes throughout the state.
The EndAlz Fest Foundation aims to offer assistance, resources, and knowledge to individuals, families, and caregivers impacted by Alzheimer’s and various forms of dementia in the Coulee Region. Additionally, the foundation plans to collaborate with other organizations sharing a comparable mission and vision to provide support. Trust Point was honored to sponsor this event to help raise money to support the Alzheimer’s foundation.
On Friday, June 21st the EndAlz Fest Foundation hosted their annual fundraiser. Randy Van Rooyen, Senior Vice President, Strategic Relationships, Ty Tlustosch, Relationship Manager, Samuel Lindner, Relationship Manager, and their guests attended the event.
The EndAlz Fest was initiated to raise awareness and gather resources in aid of the local Walk to End Alzheimer’s. In its first year (2022), the event successfully raised over $19,000. This has led to a commitment to offer caregiver support to families impacted by Alzheimer’s locally and to assist the Alzheimer’s Association in their goal to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease.
In 2023, $175,000 was raised with the continued goal of raising support and resources to the cause.
We are grateful to have the resources and team members to continuously contribute to our community. We are excited about future opportunities to give back and further enhance our community.
