La Crosse, WI – Trust Point, a leading wealth management firm, is proud to announce its Employee Volunteer Day, a day dedicated to making a positive impact on our community and fostering a spirit of giving back among our employees. This event holds special significance as it coincides with Trust Point’s 110th anniversary, making it even more memorable.
On September 13, 2023, employees from Trust Point joined hands in a collective effort to support local organizations and causes that are near and dear to our hearts. This initiative reflects Trust Point’s dedication to making a difference in the communities where we live and work.
Throughout the day, Trust Point employees in La Crosse were engaged in various volunteer activities, contributing more than an incredible 110 hours of volunteer time in just one day. Trust Point employs over 100 individuals across its three locations, but only half are located in the La Crosse office making this event even more extraordinary. The volunteer activities included:
- Harvested and cleared weeds at the Kane Street Community Garden
- Stocked and organized shelves of food at the Hunger Task Force warehouse
- Personalized 150 greeting cards to be delivered to residents at local care facilities
- Assembled 200 hygiene and toiletry kits for teens at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater La Crosse
