Giving back to and being involved in the community are engrained in Trust Point’s company culture from supporting various non-profit organizations and events, to serving in the communities in which we live, work, and play. Trust Point’s people can be seen volunteering in the community or serving on boards and committees.
Trust Point takes pride in supporting the communities we call home through meaningful sponsorships, volunteer service, and participation in local events throughout the year. From long-standing partnerships with organizations like Great Rivers United Way, Steppin’ Out in Pink, and Team Women to new opportunities to serve as they arise, our commitment extends beyond the workplace. We believe that when people come together with a shared purpose, they can create a lasting impact, and we’re proud to be part of that effort in the communities we serve.
What started as Trust Point volunteers delivering financial literacy workshops for youth at the Boys & Girls Clubs (BGC) of Greater La Crosse, teaching budgeting, saving, investing, and responsible money management, has turned into a permanent home for financial literacy through the Trust Point Foundation Financial Futures Center. The center is within the new BGC Workforce Readiness Center. Students learn how to earn a paycheck, budget, save, invest, and use it to build long-term financial security.
It is an honor to be recognized for the work we do as both an organization and for the work done by individual team members.
