As a Client Service Associate, Sophia is responsible for supporting the Trust Point Relationship Managers in their day-to-day operations serving clients. She takes on tasks that involve the back-office operations of Trust Point as well as direct involvement in building relationships with clients. Sophia is motivated by helping Relationship Managers operate efficiently while ensuring clients feel supported and confident as they work toward their financial and personal goals.
