As a Relationship Management Assistant, Shayna works closely with the Retirement Plan Services Relationship Managers to provide timely, accurate and responsive support to employers and participants. She assists with 401(k) plans and other employer-sponsored retirement accounts, helping make the retirement plan experience easier to navigate. Shayna enjoys working with people from a variety of backgrounds and industries and strives to be a helpful resource for both employers and participants. She values building relationships, supporting others and helping people feel more confident when it comes to understanding and managing their retirement accounts.
