As a Senior Client Service Associate, Olivia assists relationship managers in the administration of client accounts, including providing support for more specialized and complex account needs. She leverages her experience, expertise and institutional knowledge to enhance training, promote consistency and support the development of team members. Olivia also takes a lead role in researching client-specific needs and navigating unique account complexities.
