As a Client Service Associate Team Lead, Jennifer is responsible for focusing on analyzing, streamlining, and enhancing Wealth Management department processes as well as training and providing support to the team to effectively implement and utilize those new developments. She is also responsible for overseeing the Client Service Associate team at Trust Point who are responsible for supporting the relationship managers in their day-to-day operations of serving clients. Additionally, Jennifer is a member of the Trust Point Young Professionals which focuses on personal and professional growth, networking, and community engagement.
