The Trust Point team, cleverly named, TRUST We’ll Find a Cure, Isn’t that the POINT?, once again participated in the annual Steppin’ Out In Pink walk held on September 11, 2021 in the La Crosse area. Th event, brought to us by Gundersen Medical Foundation, is a non-competitive fundraising 2.5 & 4.5 mile walk to raise money to support breast cancer research and other breast cancer initiatives and awareness at the Gundersen Norma J. Vinger Center for Breast Care at Gundersen Health System. The research being done at Gundersen will change the way breast cancer is treated locally and nationally.

The event, now in its 16th year, raises thousands of dollars and drew a crowd of more than 4,000 walkers. Some of Trust Point’s own, DeeAnn Paulson, a relationship manager in the wealth management team and Angela Strangman, who leads the marketing department participated in the walk with their families. DeeAnn is also a member of the Steppin’ Out In Pink planning committee.

Trust Point has been a proud supporter of Steppin’ Out In Pink for many years. Steppin’ Out In Pink’s unwavering commitment to finding a cure for breast cancer and their dedicated focus to their mission is an inspiration of hope and positive outcomes.
