Regina Siegel

As Vice President of Organizational Development, Regina’s responsibilities include working alongside team members to identify and assess organizational needs, then to design, implement, and evaluate professional growth opportunities for staff. In addition to supporting the financial goals of her clients, she serves on various internal committees and coordinates the Trust Point Young Professionals and mentoring programs. She also focuses on the retention and development of partnerships with businesses and organizations working toward similar goals, furthering Trust Point’s impact through service and collaboration.
