She makes sure everything is running smoothly behind-the-scenes of your 401(k) plan so you can rest easy. Beyond her hands-on responsibilities, Michele leverages her extensive knowledge to drive the growth and development of her department. In addition, she helps with on-going education for staff in regards to ERISA compliance and tax law changes.
