It doesn’t take long for Trust Point staff members to recognize the prevalence of teamwork within the organization. The value of teamwork is even evident as early as during the interview process, which helps grow the culture of collaboration from day one.
“We all have the same goal at the end of the day, right?” Erica Rytilahti asks. “We all want to service our clients, and we want to take care of our people, so it makes it really easy to collaborate.”
